Throughout his career, Robert has operated in high-pressure settings where timing, communication, and resource management are critical. His experience in incident command has required him to make real-time decisions, coordinate personnel and assets, and maintain control in rapidly evolving situations, skills that align directly with managing security operations at a high level.

Within the organization, Robert oversees operational structure, financial management, and logistical coordination, ensuring that field teams are properly supported, deployed, and equipped to execute effectively. His responsibilities include budgeting, contract oversight, vendor management, and the development of internal systems that improve visibility, accountability, and performance across all levels of the company.

Throughout his career, Aaron has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and strong situational awareness. He has been entrusted with protecting individuals, assets, and operations in dynamic and often high-risk environments, consistently maintaining control while minimizing disruption to clients and their day-to-day activities.

His experience spans a wide range of security operations, including high-risk executive protection details, secure transportation and escorts, event security management, private investigations, and fugitive recovery. He is also well-versed in handling workplace violence situations and high-risk terminations, where discretion, communication, and controlled execution are critical. Aaron approaches each assignment with a proactive mindset, identifying potential threats before they escalate and implementing practical, effective solutions.
He holds multiple State of Texas certifications, including Personal Protection Officer licensing and Level II and III Security Officer credentials. In addition, he maintains certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring readiness to respond to medical emergencies at any time. His firearms training includes both patrol rifle and handgun proficiency, reinforcing his ability to operate safely and effectively in armed roles when required.
